Local restaurateur, Mike Sartwell, had an empty restaurant on the north side of Minot. Instead of filling it with another franchised restaurant, his family convinced him to help them design and create a fast-casual restaurant featuring all the great food he had been cooking for them over the years. Rocky's burgers, Franks and fries is Affectionately named after Mike’s childhood nickname, Rocky. Many of Mike’s friends and family still call him Rocky today.

The restaurant features 100% fresh, never frozen, ground steak burgers, hotdogs made with Rocky’s favorite all beef franks imported from the Bronx in New York City, fresh-cut fries, Rocky’s home-made chili, grilled chicken breast sandwiches, hand-spun shakes, and more. Rocky’s is focused on great food, made with quality ingredients that can be delivered quickly. We feature a comfortable dining room, drive-thru, online ordering, and delivery.
